Meet Our Co-Founders

Nish Dubashia

Nish is a British writer and Integral thinker who studied alongside some of the world’s leading research mathematicians at the University of Warwick. He is the creator of the Diamond Model, an innovative framework that integrates Bohmian physics, Integral Theory, and Eastern philosophy to reveal the fundamental patterns and relationships shaping human perception. This model has earned him invitations to present at prestigious international conferences, including the Humanity Rising Global Summit, World Unity Week, the Science and Consciousness Conference, the Integral European Conference, the Global Forum at MIT, and UNESCO’s World Philosophy Day.

Nish is the author of three books: Gifted, Dancing with Angels, and The Unity of Everything: A Conversation with David Bohm—two of which have appeared on best-selling lists on Amazon and WHSmith.

Along the way, she has worked for small startups, medium size organizations, and Deloitte consulting. She has explored many career paths, investigating where her calling was best deployed.

Time spent in a career break caring for a mentally ill father stretched her boundaries (and her compassion) in untold ways. As her career continued to unfold itself, she became an autodidact in Integral Theory, consciousness studies, collective sensemaking, complexity science, and various transformational arts.

She has a passion for international travel, wine, and food. Marie’s lifelong cause outside of work is caring for, protecting, and nurturing animals, reminding us all that we, too, are animals.
